Precautions

1. The electric heating reactor should be operated strictly according to the working pressure and working temperature marked on the product nameplate to avoid danger.

2. The electric heating reactor strictly abides by the regulations on cooling and oil filling in the product manual, and carries out maintenance and maintenance of the equipment.

3. When all the valves of the electric heating reactor are used, the valve stem (needle) should be rotated slowly to close the cover to achieve the sealing effect. Do not use excessive force when closing, so as not to damage the sealing surface.

4. The electric control instrument of the electric heating reactor should be operated by a special person and the overload protection facilities should be set as required.

 

Troubleshooting

1. When the leak occurs at the sealing surface, tighten the screw and re-polish the polished sealing surface.

2. Repair and replace the valve stem (needle) and valve port when there is a leak at the valve.

3. The outer magnetic steel rotates, the inner magnetic steel does not turn, and the supplier is notified when the motor current is reduced, and the inner magnetic steel is replaced again.

4. When there is friction noise in the magnetic coupling actuator, contact the supplier to replace the bearing and bushing.
