What should we know about the installation of the valves and instruments in the reactor? In addition, when the reactor is installed and used, what do we need to do? 1.Instructions for the installation of valves and instruments in the reactors.

 

The valves and the safety valves used in the reactor, generally speaking, achieving a good sealing effect through the installation of the nuts. On the instruments, a proper amount of lubricating oil should be smeared to fully lubricate to avoid the problem of death.

 

2. The work after installation and the usage of the reactor.

 

When the reactors are installed, there needs a certain amount of nitrogen to keep the pressure for 30 minutes. The purpose is to check whether the reactors have the problems of leakage. If there are some, we should look up the leak point and deal with it. Then repeat the same operation to check whether there is a leak problem.

 

After the reactor is used, the measure of cooling should be done, then the gas inside the reactor will be discharged through the pipeline to the outside, so the internal pressure can be reduced to atmospheric pressure. It is important to note that it is strictly prohibited to disassemble with pressure, because it is very dangerous. In addition, attention should be paid to protect sealing surface in the unloading process, so as to prevent the damage.

 

Cooling and cleaning of reactors

 

Reactors’ cooling, internal cooling is generally carried out by water cooling plate, not cooling rapidly, because it will damage the reactor, and it’ll cause the reactors’ crack and the cooling pipe, because of the temperature difference stress. When the temperature exceeds 100℃ inside the reactors, the water jacket between the agitator and the reactor’s cover should be poured by the cooling water and the water temperature should be guaranteed below 35℃.

 

The cleaning of the reactor, generally speaking, is carried out and completed with the cleaning solution, but it is important to note that the cleaning solution can not cause corrosion to the reactor. Moreover, the cleaning of the reactor should be carried out frequently, so as to keep the equipment clean and tidy. Hard objects are not allowed for cleaning, so as not to damage the reactor.
