The working process of MVR is to compress the low temperature steam through the compressor, increase the temperature、pressure and the enthalpy, then enter the condenser to make full use of the latent heat of steam.
There is no need for steam during the whole evaporation process except for driving. The two steam coming out of the evaporator is compressed by the compressor, the pressure and temperature increase, the enthalpy rises, and then it is sent to the heating chamber of the evaporator as heating steam, so that the material liquid keeps boiling state, while the heating steam itself condenses into water. So the original waste steam will be fully utilized, the latent heat is recovered and the thermal efficiency is improved. The economy of steam generation is equivalent to the 30 times of multieffect evaporation.
In order to make the manufacture of the evaporator as simple as possible and easy to operate, centrifugal compressor and roots compressor can be used. These machines have a higher volume flow rate within the range of 1:1.2 to 1:2 compression ratio. The evaporation equipment is compact, the area is small, and the space is small. It can also save the cooling system.
For the existing factories that need to expand the evaporating equipment and provide enough steam, the water supply capacity of the existing factories is not enough, especially when low temperature evaporation needs freezing water condensing, it can save the investment and achieve better energy saving effects.
