Structural principle of stainless steel reactor for laboratory

The stainless steel reactor for laboratory use is often more stringent in terms of structure and material. In the structural design, the seal of the kettle body and the lid of the kettle adopts a triangular line seal and has a long service life.The fastening main seal adopts two open type snap rings, which can be freely pressed against the shoulders of the kettle body and the kettle cover, and the torque of the eight main tightening bolts is evenly balanced, so that the kettle can be tightly sealed.


When disassembling, opening the snap ring can raise the lid of the stainless steel reaction kettle, saving labor and convenience.The lid and the guide column are connected by the lifting arm, and the lifting hand wheel is shaken, and the lifting screw moves to make the lid of the lid move up, down, left and right. The movement of the lifting arm is free to move by the friction reducing action of the ball.  The rotation of the kettle lid and the tilting of the kettle body are reversed and reset.


During the operation, after the lid of the stainless steel reaction kettle is lifted to a certain height, the fastening hand on the boom is loosened, and the movable movable lid is pressed by hand to rotate left and right.


Then loosen the tightening hand on the rotating seat, press and hold the rotary hook to turn the handwheel, so that the kettle body can guarantee a certain angle of reversing, and then loosen the rotation and press the hook to dump the material.


When the kettle body needs to be reset, shake the handwheel and press and hold the hook to quickly reset. In order not to swing the kettle body to the left and right, the hand should be tilted to control the speed to reach the reset.
