This is because during the rolling process, the smaller the rolling radius, the greater the amount of bulging, and the need for further processing after the roll is formed. .


In addition, after the completion of production and processing, tests are also required to verify the performance and quality of the equipment. For example, in the pressure test, the derrick rack tooling must be used for the detachable spiral plate heat exchanger to prevent axial deformation of the product. During the test, one end of the channel is filled with compressed air, the other channel is filled with human water or the device is placed in water. The welding quality of the product can be checked to ensure that no internal leakage occurs between the two media.
