Analysis of Emergency Operation and Selecting Factors of Thin Film Evaporator

It should be noted that in some cases of production, if there are some emergencies, the emergency shutdown of the thin film evaporators needs to be done in time. The main conditions include the following:

Suddenly encountered a power outage in the production process, or a sudden trip;

2, the steam pressure reducing valve fails, the pressure has exceeded the maximum allowable pressure range;

3, During the evaporation process, the feed suddenly interrupted;

If the above emergency situation is encountered, the specific emergency stop sequence of the thin film evaporator is:

First, immediately close the steam valve and feed valve;

Then turn off all the power of the system and turn off the motor, and the rest will stop according to the normal procedure.

 

Then, in the process of purchasing thin film evaporators, what factors should be considered? For this problem, many users are more concerned about the selection process. First of all, we must consider the production capacity and operating parameters of the equipment. : Including throughput, incoming and outgoing concentrations, temperature, hours of operation, etc. Second, we must analyze the product characteristics.

 

In addition, when selecting the thin film evaporator, it should also be determined in conjunction with the characteristics of the operating medium, the working environment conditions in the site, and production requirements. In short, we must comprehensively consider the factors in various aspects, choose a suitable thin film evaporator for production requirements.
